What is stunt driving?
Stunt driving under section 172 of the HTA covers driving 40 km/h over the limit (on roads ≤80 km/h) or 50 km/h+ elsewhere, racing, and other aggressive manoeuvres. It carries the harshest roadside penalties short of criminal charges.
